my sititation is not fluke i have all the proof . what would you do , they have collect money , but no order arrive . would you ask them or not what has happen . don,t they have any responsibilities . let me inform again i never threat or use bad language in my e mail . i was frustrated when they did not answer my mails , when i order that time there was a reply saying your order was shiipped . i wait almost 3-4 weeks when i started write them almost daily or secound day but they was,nt answering . when i phoned i was upset . i wanted to know what has happen to my order . they were the only one who can tell . you talking about pissing them off , don,t you think the will be pissed off when do,nt get the goods while the goods have paid. i ask them to do somethig . check with post service etc. i also write to them and ask for re shipp or refund my charges. i make very clear to them if they re shipp or refund my charges ,if later i recieve the order i let them know they can charge back on my CC or if thry wish i would return the order , it wiil be their choice only . you think writing this is pissing them off. if so that mean you order and pay , you never recieve your goods , don,t do anything . and loose your money . it would be nice if they have reshipp or refund the charges sooner . than don,t have to go thru this. it is a shame you have to go thru this to recover you money .

i dont think this is a professional way to deal with customers....and i dont think one dvd would make a huge difference if u are a big dvd company.....a good customer service place would check on the matter asap & they will try to get in touch with the person....if the fault arises from the store, they will re-send a new dvd or refund the persons money, plus an appology :) .....in hardevs case, if the story is true, i would be mad too....if something like this happens, simply call the bank and tell them your problem...since its an internet order, they will with no question asked, refund the money to you...if you are being honest, you wont have to worry about anything right???.....for ex. sometimes when made an order in the internet, & when the pakage comes, you have to sign to get it.....say if you didnt get the pakage, u are sure you havent recieved & the bank cant proove that you have gotten it.....the bank has to give you your money back....u get the point buddy??? there is nothing we can do about it, its all in you man....it might bring the popularity of nehaflix down but your problem wont get resolved....all we can do is give you suggestions incase if you are lost & dont know what to do.....well good luck on the dispute & hope to see you get your money back....hey u know it could be possible, it was delayed cause of the thanxgiving or christmas..... :)

i dont think there is much i can say on this thread, especially this thread is simply to downgrade nehaflix or have negative posts towards nehaflix regardless whether one has any experience with them or not (how silly).

dissapointedly, i can do neither.. cause they have been dealing with me exceptionally( as some of the wise ones think) i did post earlier when one claims they haven't received goods from their webstore.. they can simply dispute it to their cc company. anyway everyone else before me have also said and well said if i may say so.

unfortunate, those have bad experience with them such as lost mails and stuff. dont buy from them and dispute the cc charge. if you read carefully you will see NX does not take responsibilities of your custom charges. i used to buy from IW and they were very nice to reemburse me for custom charges after going thru * .. why NX in the first place when there is IW, they not only price-match they even beat it by 10%. i beleive NX only for the ones who had good experience with.

All vendors should make it clear to their customers all possible mail services available and how much it cost and risks if any. especially those who are outside US, they can chose UPS, priority mail or other services in that way they can pick what they prefer.

hope i haven't offended anyone.. everyone speaks at their best.. and i am simply trying to..

I think, one thing that NEHA does not do? and IW does "" they dont include confirmation mail, for extra 45-55 cents!! that saves a lot of trouble!

They do instead send first class for promptness!! I appreciate that! But I would ADVISE NICK to start using this service, if u can! to keep a better track!

Haven't we all said enough on this subject? I would like to make a request to all of us to please refrain from such childish, immature, and unprofessional behaviour. I am sure that in our public lives and private lives we all come across mud-slinging and name-calling, but I am also sure that we come from good homes where we were taught not to degrade another human beings' reputation or character. I think its about time all of us grouped together and stopped contributing toward this terrible mess, which has basically ended up being another Nehaflix vs. IndiaWeekly war.

Hardev, since it was your case that started this debate, I would like to tell you that I do sympathize with you, but even I find your arguments and your posts hard to read, especially due to your sentence construction and grammar. I think it must be very difficult for the folks at Nehaflix to sit through each one without getting irritated. Personally, if I was to receive emails of that sort, I would be offended too, no matter if I was right or wrong in the matter.

This only proves that disputing our issues in a public forum is healthy, but after a point it becomes very unhealthy and almost useless. The only thing it does is to tire people out and also give others a bad impression of stores they may not have tried yet. Please remember that we are not the only visitors to zulm. We may be the ones that post the most, but there are hundreds of readers of these posts everyday, and this can severely affect the fortunes of businesses of companies such as IW and Nehaflix. No matter how horrible a company is or how good it is, we should not defame it beyond a certain extent. To me, we have crossed the line, and its time to stop. You have already been given a solution as to how to redress the complaint via your credit card company. It would be so much more useful to pursue this solution rather than continuous long posts about how horrible a retailer is.

I have also spoken to the parties at IW who brought this issue up when I was dealing with an order with customer service over the phone. When they realized it was me from zulm, they referred to one of the posts I had made in a humorous manner, but then our conversation drifted to how useless and banal it was to keep talking about this issue, and how terribly unprofessional it is for consumers to continue bitching about a company. I do not work for IW, but at least I get someone on the phone when I need customer service for when I place orders.

Bottom line : this idiotic mudslinging should stop. We are above this sort of behaviour. Lets keep our community healthy and controversy-free. We should attract more useful members, and not repel people who think we're a board meant for airing grievances repeatedly.

Arjun & Satya saved the day! :laugh: (once again!)

anyhow.. since the topic of nehaflix cam up . might as well share my experience with them recently. got my order within 10 days despite the holiday season. i am sure there is no contribution to the NX, but still it's great to get item custom-free and fast.

they sent me golmaal (BEi) by error and they didnt' even asked for it to be returned. instead they are sending me the correct DVD. surprisingly they are responding to all my emails within 2-3 days. i am pleased with their consistent service. hope this will never go to the bitter level.

my post is never meant to welcome any new customers to NX, but give those an alternatives who are seeking for one.
