| Returns
Policy |
There is a 21 day return policy on all
DVD titles, with the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened films cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective films will be replaced with the SAME title only.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- We are sorry but we do not pay for postage on
returns.
- International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
Return Procedure
The following procedures must be followed or the return will be refused.
- Email: returns@ibazaar.co.uk,
we will issue you with a return approval number.
- Include the original invoice which was received with the
DVD(s).
- The return portion of the invoice must be filled out in it's entirety and legibly.
- To obtain a refund for a non-defective product, you must return the product factory sealed.
- All DVD(s) must be shipped in a original
packaging including original cases and covers.
