Is nobody else disappointed by the lack of features on the MK dvd??? DEI announced last year that there would be a making of MK, deleted scenes, behind the scenes and trailers etc but Columbia Tristar aren't offering dick all! What the hell is happening here? Does anyone know for sure?

DVD Empire shipped mine yesterday! As far as special features, we shouldn't have expected much anyways.

For those interested, there is a "making of" feature on indiafm.com on MK which is pretty ok. You have to click the Movie showcases link I think. It would have been cool if they included this on the DVD. Even the production notes from the website would have been good.

agree with vjmajic2002!! :baaa: dei also proclaimed doing the transfer from original negative and doing a special edition dts version----------- all this without actually buying the rights to MK!! how clever of them :where: :baaa: :stupid:

extras esp with indian films should always be on the a separate second disc as the first should solely be used for the movie!! i never go for the extras anyway as indian dvd extras usually mean stars/directors/producers talking from their arses most of the time!!!

Old news but looks like Columbia Tristar always had the rights to this movie since 2000, check it out here:

MK Info

DEI probably tried to get the deal and failed miserably. CT always had the rights while the movie was still in theatres but never announced it for some reason. Can anyone shed some light on this?
