ND - can you tell me WHY moserbaer is putting ADS throughout the movie? It really destroys the movie-watching experience...just frigging irritating. Especially for such a nice film as this and others...plus their colours are farked...

Moser Baer is now the most irritating Indian DVD company. Not only do they force you to watch 15 minutes of the same crappy ads before the film but they also have ticker tape ads that run during the film. Not to forget that the stupid Moser Baer logo is displayed throughout the film and that too in a pretty large font size. Someone needs to take these guys to court, for if I remember correctly the courts had clearly ruled that all ticker tape (Scrolling) ads during a film on video was illegal. This ruling was made for Video casettes but I am sure the basic priciple still holds irrespective of the media.

EROS did the same thing some time back and ruined some of their releases like WAQT [2005] and a few others with ads for ringtones etc... t-series is another culprit... actually it reminds me of the days when Pakistani companies used to release VHS' with ads for all sorts of nonsense

i also honestly hate moserbaer for the fact that they come out with dvds with that stupid ticker ad and also that ugly logo, not to forget the horrible picture quality

in fact as far as screen logos go, Shemaroo takes the cake and the bakery home as theirs is the biggest frigging logo/watermark that I can see on this side of the atlantic... all their recent dvds have this problem...

btw.... does anybody know if there's an official website for PHIR KABHI?
