Blu-ray will take longer as I am busy with other film production projects. The negative of Naan Kadavul is in bad shape. It will take months to restore.

Already? Kadavule! (Oh, God!)

Saw the movie finally. one of the best movie I have seen in my life. Different theme. Hats off to Bala.

IR BGM gives life to the movie.

All actor, actors have done excellent job.

Few editing issue due to censor, that could have been averted.

Nevertheless, i went with extreme high expectation and this movie still beat my expectation.

Watch out- This may be next aamir khan's remake. he should do this. otherwise, hindi audiance will never get such a good theme. They will be running around trees for years.

I am trying to get an uncut print for the Ayngaran DVD. Hopefully the director will agree to this.

I'm in two minds - I should release this on blu-ray? Its an awesome film :) but I feel the sales won't be good. The film has failed to spark an interest in the UK/USA market.

I dont think this movie is for everyone. The dvd will not have any repeat value.

Watched Suhasini review on Naan Kadavul.

If you are in the plastic world and want to enjoy your life and movie for you is all about entertainment that doesnt make sense, then this is not for you.

If you want to get into a grass root level of one particular social issue and how two distinct life styles in India come to gether to discuss the social issue - This is the movie that u want to watch.

Shahran Sunny Audit - Movie has many censor cut, but would be v.m interested in uncut version. It will be more shocking, but thats the one, if at all, we need to send for any nomination. This is a killer movie.

Unfortunatly, Ayngaran couldn't get the uncut version. The Indian Censor Board (Chennai Office) refused to co-operate. We need thier permission to release an Indian film -uncut- oversees. We can get this sorted, but it will require lots of red tape, which will delay the release. Therefore, Ayngaran has decided to release the DVD asap. I will be going to Chennai to sort out a "Major" forthcoming blu-ray project. I will try to sort out Naan Kadavul - uncut- for blu-ray and HD television.

Don't disappoint us Sunny. I will pre-order the bluray NOW! I hope they have accurate subtitles.

I have this album on repeat. I noticed there are only 2 common tracks between Tamil and Telugu versions--Om Sivo Om, and Pichaipaathiram(Bikshamdehani)--the rest are different?!

and WHY do the Indian censors have any control over what's distributed over seas?? Because the uncut editions will make it back to India in the form of bootlegs?

What is the film called in Telugu, and where can I hear the songs?

Yeah, that doesn't sound right to me. Seems like the producers should be able to release whatever version they want outside of India.
