Where did you get this information from? Every site I have seen lists March 31 as the Blu ray release date, at least here is the US anyway!!

Slumdog Millionaire Announced for March 31st Release

20th Century Fox 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced that they will bring the 2008 Academy-award winner for Best Picture 'Slumdog Millionaire' to Blu-ray on March 31st, day-and-date with the DVD release. Video will be presented in 2.35:1 1080p AVC accompanied by both English and Hindi DTS-HD Master Audio soundtracks.
