'Choose Ten Sequels You'd Like To See Made'

Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (probably the most wanted sequel for obvious reasons - would also make it one of the most watched sequels if made right)

Hera Pheri (new)
Andaz Apna Apna

Sholay (with so much deleted footage for 'Sholay' we could have a pre-quel combined with a sequel interwoven with deleted scenes from the original 'Sholay')

Wat... how can any of them movies with the exception of Aks and Aankhen have sequels... And no FFS we dont want another sholay!! the movie is perfect the way it ended

Aankhen would be my most wanted sequel - I would like to see a continuation of these characters in all new settings. Think of all the James Bond-like adventures that would happen!!

Next up would be Hera Pheri. I believe there was a sequel to the original Malayalam film called Ramaji Rao speaking, where the three characters go on a comedic treasure hunt. This sounds extremely funny and would work very well if everyone comes back.

DDLJ *in theory* could have a sequel where the characters prepare for a big wedding and all sorts of mishaps ensue. But this would have to pulled off EXACTLY right instead of being made for commercial reasons. Also, the characters better not look old because these event would follow immediately after the first film.

Dil Chahta Hai part 2 could be a friends-like film with the characters going through more events.

Sequels I would love to see

Sarforosh 2 = Aamir Khan and Murkesh Rishi involved in another case.

Zanjeer 2 = The happinings of the angry young man turned old and caught into becoming part of the system he was so against!

Dil Chatha Hai 2 = A further look on the young lifes of the three males characters

Definately Aankhen 2
and DCH - 2 too

hey! your basic ideas of these film sequels isn't that bad at all, I could definitely see something expanding with that.
I would love to see a sequel for the following;

Aks 2 = The spirit of Raghuvan invades Manu Verma's son as he is in his early 20s(played by non other than Abhishek), and the return of the real Raghuvan again as the ghost.

I don't think i can remember 10 movies off the top of my head :0 but I would really like to see:

DCH (BIG WANT!)
Mohabbatein (YES you read right)

perhaps because there more modern and are about young people .

Im very confused ...i think... well how does it end...wats the original ending for that movie. I vaguely remember the ending i saw few years back thinking that Gabar was killed BUT watching it again on the Eros/DEI version DVD...Gabar is taken away by the cops.
Am i missing something here...did they re-edited the movie or added deleted scene or watever......
