Nope, no blotching...just an effect of focusing on his face, rather than background...which makes it look like that. I checked the scene and it looks fine.

Parineeta by UTV is the best picture quality Bollywood DVD that I have. All new DVDs from EROS and YRF are inferior in picture quality (e.g. OSO and AN)

Do you know of possible reasons for Parineeta to be in excellent picture quality. In fact Parineeta is in much better quality than OSO which Eros claims that they mastered from the HD transfer.
