This was not to pick on Jolly in particular, but many region 1 retailers do the same; movietyme.com & futureent.com two that spring to mind. While back they was a big clamp down R1 DVDs sold in the UK and as a result many of the retailers have made up bogus offices in the USA (that deliver next day to the UK :where: ) or operate from Jersey Islands (play.com) or even that refuse to post the full postal address on their sites - many have PO Box postal addresses – hmmm in the case of Jolly, he don’t seem to have a postal address at all :plain:

I think reason behindJolly singh's single dvd IMHO is ECONOMICAL convenience? possibly!! My local dealers are splitting in USA 3 disc into, single AANKHEN disc!, Khan dvd and selling them or renting them seperately!!
kinda make sense? for sellers!! as they paid, outrageous prices for this video sound, s stupid strategy for a stupid filmIMO!!
But, they should not do that on consumer cost? If u promise 3 disc for the price u should provide that!!

If u split? give some benefit to the consumer too??

The reason i was angry was simply because u messed me around. Sent me another product instead of the one advertised. You trick customers claiming you have a 3 disc set and send them 1 disc instead. I dont understand why one version of the film is supposedly available for sale in the UK and the other version aint. US retailers seem to. I dont think anyone in the US is stupid enough to buy the 3 disc version from your site for that price.

As it goes, I am not too bothered about the other 2 discs(they are prob shite) as i am about the "service" i recieved, never mind the "Piss Head" remark. I wasnt given the choice. You listed the dvd as released on your website. This was the only reason i ordered from there, expecting a prompt despatch, otherwise, Indiaweekly would have been by far the better option. People got their Aankhen dvds from there before i got mine,

I will take your good advice and go elsewhere in future. I might use companies who offer fast shipping and offer cheaper prices, who dont advertise false products and call their customers piss heads. Its a nice idea. I wonder why i didnt do that in the first place. Yeah it was childish of me to not use my head and order from your company. I really should grow up.

Atleast now i know for sure who to use and who to avoid. Also who to recommend and who not.

I SAW THE PIRATE VERSION OF THIS DVD IN THE SHOPS TODAY - THE GUY WAS SHOCKED WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WAS A PIRATE - HE THOUGHT THERE WERE 2 VERSIONS - HE ALSO HAPPENED TO HAVE THE 3 DISC SET - AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD BE SENDING BACK THE PIRATE DVD TO HIS SUPPLIER!!!

LOL!! for people not in the know :plain: jolly or indiandvdfilms.com have never any stock!! they will put any dvd cover they can find on their store and soon as you order they'll charge a ridiculous amount for it and then make u wait weeks & weeks until they actually find that DVD!! :rolleyes: jolly is a dodgy geezer who passes himself as naresh sometimes on email, wot a big time plonk!

Predator not that I doubt ur credibility , but it would benefit us more if you could narrate ur incident/s you may have had with Jolly, so that others also will know abt his (mis)deeds ...

I am in no way taking sides here and just speaking as a third-party ( who wants a clearer picture )
