Anyone know the quality of these Indian DVDs of Aaru and Ghajini? The back covers list DD and DTS audio tracks. Are they clones of the Ayngaran discs?

For Ghajini one, it has both dts and dd 5.1. and progressive NTSC video.
It also has the mass audio logo watermark in the top left of screen.
