The film was released on 58 cinemas and set new first week records on 43 of the 58 cinemas.

The second week will also see records tumble in the circuit. Vikram Singh from Fun Cinemas of Chandigarh says "We had Apne on 4 shows daily in the first week but now are having 8 shows daily in second week due to the demand and the way bookings are going it is very likely we will have 56 shows housefull".

According to the distributors Glamour Entertainment Pvt Ltd shows have also been increased at Sarb Multiplex in Jalandhar and P.V.R Sahara, D.T.C.C, D.T.M.M in Gurgaon. Two prints have been added at Sunil-Ferozepur and Kamboj-Mansa to take the cinema count to a massive 60 in week 2.
