This docu-movie was originally in French-audio, and known as "Marche de l'empereur, La", and the penguins were given dubbed voices (of children) -- very delightful and so much more room for the audience to relate to... The narration was in French.

Then came the English dub, with Morgan Freeman narrating, and this brought international recognition for March Of The Penguins.

This was followed by dubs in Italian, Danish, and Japanese.

Now comes the docu in Amitabh's voice!

Well, I don't know how much "international" fame Morgan Freeman brought to the film, but he certainly helped (I'm not sure exactly how much) make it popular in the U.S.

I hear Amitabh Bachchan has narrated it in both Hindi and English. I saw the Morgan Freeman version, and now I actually want to see both of Amitabh's. When I sat down to watch the movie, I never thought it'd be one I'd end up wanting to see three times... . (Good movie, though.)
