Who bought out BEI??

could it be a American DVD Company bought them out so they could enter the Indian DVD market?? (wishful thinking).

What is the source of this information?

As I bought a few BEI DVDs, not seen before, the distributor told me that it's BEI's partner Samrat that bought out BEI, hopefully retaining BEI quality and expertise. It's only a financial arrangement ?? The titles that I picked up, Raaj Tilak, Vishwas, Yeh Mohabbat Hai, Nanha Farishta, Karamyogi seem to be available through this new arrangement.
