dont understand, why there is no topic on this movie ending? i liked the ending, but my wife was lost for a moment and then i explained how the ending meant to be being lost.
did anyone think that ms. aparna sen, did that to show she has now in her land (not litterally, ofcourse!) where only she knows the way in and out and the remaining world can never find her. or am i lost?
SHuman...My wife also had the same problem...
The movie had nicely evolved till that point. The ending was pretty abrupt.
I suppose your interpretation may be another way of looking at it.
If you watch her other film..Paroma..there is a similar ending..which leaves the viewer unsatisfied (Maybe its deliberate...who knows!)
