I think Eros have the rights to the film, and sure they will release it one day, although the print might not be much better.

A very wide range of 2in1 dvds is being sold in East London for £4 each or 3 DVDs for £10. Good value for money in my opinion - I have stopped renting or buying originals!

Well, within just 12 months, at least 40 DVDs purchased from IndiaWeekly have rotted away.... Most you can only see the first half of the movie... It would be interesting to see if the 2in1 work in years to come...

The golden rule is to buy the cheapest - pirate or copy them yourself... They are all thiefs - YRF, Eros, DEI and especially IndiaWeekly for deceiving customers into cheap DVDs that rot away by the time you want to see them...

Well thats enough... Ohh, its SHARMILEE (DEI) purchased from Nehaflix that didn't work today... to add to my collection of DEI DISASTER....

There is no love lost for Indiaweekly, but I don't rightly see how they can be blamed " for deceiving customers into cheap DVDs that rot away".... :?:

Hi Jamesbond, I was referring to IndiaWeekly continuing to sell titles that have proven to be faulty... from batches that have proven to be faulty... no doubt, they are aware the dvds are already rotten or will rot in a matter of months.... Ethical retailers (they aren't any in the indian dvd business, it appears!!) should refrain from selling such titles, in the interest of customer confidence...

There seems to be a Jaani Dushman release by Music India available at Indiaweekly. I did not know Music India is releasing DVDs?

of course music india release dvds. they have come out with a lot of them, Saagar, Shaan, Sholay, Julie and so many more, mostly all the top titles that they have the music rights to originally.

but all thier dvds are shit quality. jaani dushman is one of the worst i've seen although its a bit better than the VHS job by Vision.

looks like nobody is ever going to release a decent dvd of this one.

its the same VHS job going around, in single and 2 in 1, thats why the menus were similar.

I saw a single copy with the same horrible print, same menus. It was by some MVC company. well dodgy!

never heard of Super International. some dodgy company that doesnt exist.

Armaan-

i borrowed Music India version off someone. dont have it myself. I will try get hold of the screenshots. believe me, you aren't missing anything.

its mostly a washed out VHS transfer, with weak contrast, low brightness, poor colours and those infamous VHS tracking marks!!!!

the picture quality is dark throughout.

the person who bought it paid £12 for it!!!!!!!!!!
