I don't know about you, but I'm cringing at the thought of Bollywood's version of Fight club! I hear it's not a remake, but I doubt it would be even remotely good, probably a good laugh at how bad it is.

It's already being dissed hard by mainly westeners and fans on the original version on this link I found from IMDB.

I particularly liked the quote from a someone who posted - "gives new meaning to the quote: "We are the all singing, all dancing crap of the world."
That sums it up! This film certainly looks like that! They should use that as the tagline, not 'members only'.

"Members only"? That was a jacket from the 80s

I hate to judge films before they've been released, but Fight Club (from its promotions) looks as though it'll be a members-only heap of shit. It seems to be little more than a play on the American film of the same title; India's movie seems to have nothing to do with Hollywood's Fight Club, except that it, too, involves the organization of such a group. The U.S. film was really not about the "fight club," per se; it was about Ed Norton's character. Indeed, there was very little emphasis placed on the actual "clubs," fights not even being shown, too often. India's movie seems to just be a (dumb-ass, typical) "action film." It'll probably have nothing to do with mental illness; it'll just be a couple of hours of retards' beating the f*** out of one another, in clichéd "flying through the air in slow-motion/bullet-time" technique. Just look at some of the cast: Suniel Shetty, Rahul Dev, Dino Morea, Ashmit Patel, Zayed Khan, Sohail Khan. For the most part, these are not actors known for the stellar performances (Sohail is better than Salman Khan, but that, indeed, says very, very little).

I thought the film might be an 'original' work, or a parody of the american film at worst because of this promo shot:

Note how they all look like morons, especially the 2nd one from the left...thats what lead me to believe it might be some form of comedy. guess they can't take promo shots properly either :?

Dear God! that pic made me feel sick. They look like a bunch of gay men about to sing 'YMCA'. I saw a TV spot for this and it showed these members of fight club dancing in a club! Imagine when you type fight club in IMDB, you're gonna now have two results! I tell you these bollywood lot have no shame. Even if this is not a remake, why copy the promotional posters, and use 'members only'? At least change the title. From one of the posters it looks like Sunil Shetty has taken the place of Brad Pitt. But this isn't the first time bollywood has copied posters, one poster from yaadein had copied 'the mexican' and I'm sure there are others we haven't noticed.

This film looks so bad it truly will be "the all-singing, all-dancing crap of the world".

What is that room they're in? Are they going to fight in their parents' dining room?

It's interesting how Bollywood films now a days are also targeted towards appealing to the transexual and/or even homosexual community.

I was part of the premiere for this movie in the UK on Tuesday. The entire thing was an absolute disaster to the point that half these guys didnt turn up. And although only half the tickets had sold anyway, more than half the audience in the screen got up to leave at the beginning of the film. I didnt return to the screen to check the number of people left in there by the end of the showing. How these guys cant be embarassed about makin films like this is a wonder in itself.

I'd be too ashamed to admit that. If I was invited to this premiere, I wouldn't turn up.

Yeah, it's even disturbing. These actors have a severe lack of talent, they are glad to be in any film tipped to be a "bollywood hit". I suppose it's in their mentality that they see nothing wrong with it, like "Wow, too cool yaar! I'm gonna be in the Indian fight club, how amazing".
