Just saw the teaser for Devdas today on indiafm...movies looks really hype!!!...and the music sounds really good!...this should be a great soundtrack...does anyone know when the release to the soundtrack is or when the movie's coming out???.... :love: btw Aishwarya Rai is a goddess :love:

Nothing compared to Vyjantimala Bali ( from Devdas No 2)...

For someone who would fashion his own ID on these forums based on a song from an SJB flick, and loved the music to both his earlier films, this one may be kinda disappointing. :(
Those swishing and baby screaming sounds in the first trailer are disgusting and drown out the music. If these audio effects are in the soundtrack, it will suck!
Plus, the flick looks way over the top, and too melodramatic, like the trash B&W flicks my dad loves. I still don't understand that "old is gold" concept most of the time.

Ha ha ha...agree with you about the "Old is gold". No offence to any old movie fans but I can never be caught buying a mono film on dvd. Of course that applies to new movies too.

Mmmmmmmm Raj you made my day.... To hell with all the oldie haters :D.. This film is surely gonna touch a raw nerve with all the folks all over India ( at least), as this film was remade in practically all the south Indian languages ( I am aware of Telugu !)

As far as "old is gold", i agree with everyone who understands it (trashy people like myself), they know how true that is. Folks who don't get the concept (that includes many of my friends), i tell them, they dont need to understand about it until the time they start watching oldies and see the difference between Recent films and the trash b/w films.

Obviously everyone can see "old is gold" does rhyme atleast! :music:
