So rana there is no hope of Pure PAL PROG here! 
 
  
Just a caution:
As I found out, some/ much of information that Power DVD provides is what was entered mannually at the time of DVD writing. It's not what DVD player or Power DVD decyphers from the data stream. So, if wrong info was entered, "info" option will show the same wrong info.
For example, one NTSC VCD was identified as PAL using Power DVD info option.
