Intresting movie...worth watching once...but for me it doesn't have any repeat value, nor anything mindblowing. I'll look forward to VVC productions as always...

Saw the movie. Nothing great teh way it was talked about, but definitely a good movie. Its so relaxing and refreshing to watch a movie with out "action". Very good music and BGM as well.

Thats my opinion too. Its good but not all that. Second half was def good with good drama.

Does vidya balan have any other films in her bag?
I'm not overly impressed but she is much better than the current group of strippers.

I agree!! Film is good, indeed thanks to second half!!

Excellent? i will think twice!I think will be overated!

But based on the competition crap coming out of bollywood it could become a masterpiece status :(

Vidya is in YAGNA! renamed now!

Maqbool director did not feel comfortable with her in his new Aamir movie! he cowarded into pooh instead!

I just received my dvd from Dvddhamaka.com. I paid $19.99 for it. I feel the one I received is pirated. The cover etc look original. The dvd is single version. Please help? I am not going to forgive them if its pirated. I paid $20 bucks

Recently the market is fooded with single layer pressed DVDs which have been ripped from the original DVD. They have artwork which is the same but obviously copied

Could you check the size of the DVD

I have seen this with the Maine Pyar Kyon Kiya and Parineetha DVDs

That's even more outrageous! It's a sad affair, but I guess most Companies, if not supporting this trend, condones it! There is no way to protect yourself from these crooks! Sad! sad!

I rent dvds from bombayave.com and all the hindi movie DVD's I have rented so far are 4.35 GB. It is so frustrating to watch such bad quality DVDs with huge pixels. Incidentaly, I bought Paheli's DVD from Eros for my aunt and the DVD suffered plenty of scratches in transit because it wasn't properly snapped on. Due to the excessive amount of scratches, the DVD does not play at all. So, I rented Paheli from bombayave.com and when I compared the artwork on the DVD disc of Eros and bombayave.com, there was a huge difference. Eros one looks authentic and bombayave looks pirated. Anyways, I took a picture of the two discs and since I am new to the forum ,I do not know how to upload pics. If anyone could help me then I will upload the pics asap.
Why is the market flooded with such low quality DVDs?Why isn't anyone cracking down on them?

here are the two pics:

The DVD on the left is from bombayave.com and the one on the right is from Eros. The Eros DVD's artwork texture was a lot smoother and of higher quality than bombayave.com's. Also, the color shade is lighter too.
Thanks Yuvan for the tip.

Anyone know any good online bollywood dvd rental service that rents out authentic DVDs? How is IW's rental service? I would prefer to pay a flat rate of $20 a month than $3 per DVD.

My brother rents from dvdhungama.com. He told me that the dvds are original but the most frustrating part of renting from them is it will take more than a month before you get the latest dvds in their site and most of the time it is rented out. For older movies its good.

Dvddhamaka sent me an original version today. Well I feel so sorry for the customers ( quite a lot of them) who cannot make out the difference between the original and pirated. Couple of years back you could also count me in that list. Thanks to zulm.net I am a customer who is more aware.
