`SCB` collapses at the box-office!

Raghavendra Rao’s Subhash Chandra Bose is proving to be a disaster of epic proportion. Venkatesh who is holidaying in Bangalore is upset about the films dismal performance at the Andhra box-office.

In the film, Venky looks jaded and the script has let him down badly. Raghavendra Rao has also come for criticism for choosing such an outdated subject and mixing it with reincarnation theme.

Producer Ashwini Dutt tried to trim the film after the release but even that has not helped. The failure of SCB clearly indicates that veteran directors just can’t understand the pulse of today’s audience.

My picks: All of the above.

supposedly all Mani Sharma - Venkatesh combo films have flopped, which is just not true. Their first titled "Ganesh" was a hit film, that I happily watch 2x at the theaters. Wonderful music, wonderful movie, though it has similar theme to Shankar's Indian, though the Late director of Ganesh, Thirupathi Swamy, had at the time mentioned that it was inspired from actual events in his life.

anyway, Mani Sharma has provided good music for most of his films, and all of Venkatesh films! Audio CD: worth buy. DVD: i'm just taking a wild guess here, but avoid it, unless you desperately want to see Shreya and Genelia, which I desperately want to do
