The Last Maneater: Killer Tigers of India

Started watching this rivetting documentary mid way. What a documentary. More interesting than thriller feature films.

It was shot in Hi Def. Excellent cinematography and audio. This documentary, for sure, will win many prizes.

Local South Asian TV program mentioned of this documentary, but only after it had been aired on the Discovery Channel.

Was aired on Nov 19 & Nov 20. No idea of any future airings.

Does the discovery channel broadcast in HD and in SD, both at the same time?? This program for sure is to be broadcast in HD. Audio as it was, was Hi Fi with agressive surround.

Not at the same time. Most of the Discovery channel shows shot on HD video and film shows up on HD theater. Most recent shows were all in 5.1.

How did I forget, mentioning that in reply to my e-mail, discovery channel/ producers did send me a complimentary VHS of the documentary.
I wish, Kaal had gotten some hints or inculded some footage from this documentary.
