Hariharan turns 50


On April 3rd singer Hariharan is turning 50. From Ghazals to film songs to pop numbers, Hariharan’s inimitable style can be seen everywhere. He has come a long way after two decades of music career, many award-winning albums and an enviable number of film hits. He took the Tamil music industry by storm in 1993 with his hit song ‘Kaadhal Rojave’ in the film Roja and has been singing chartbusters all years through.

Vijay TV celebrates the 50th birthday of the legendry singer Hariharan in a grand way with one of the biggest musical nights ever had. A grand ‘musical nite’ “Isaiyodu Pirandhein” is being organized to celebrate the occasion on April 2nd at YMCA Grounds , featuring the man of the moment Hariharan along with other star performers like S.P. Balasubramaniam, Srinivas, Chithra, Sujatha, Tippu, Mahathi, Mathangi, Harini, artistes Madavan & Kushbu.
The event will be aired on Vijay TV later. This event is non-ticketed and passes will be distributed through sponsors & other consumer-promotions.

His latest singing in TAJ MAHAL is simply superb. I do have my reservations for PREITY UTTAM as I never liked her voice much, ditto, Sadhna Sargam, except when she sings for Rehman, her voice gets so acceptable to me.

I love Sadhana's singing, Rahman or not.
