Does it mean, the new enhanced DVD version (still the old B&W release) is Field Averaged??

The earlier release was Film to NTSC telecine (every fifth field was repeated field).


It's not smooth because of the DNR. It's not progressive but has correct 2:3 pulldown. Helps little if you have such a messy picture because of the filtering.

Latest I heard is that Eros is going to release the DVD... Lets wait till we get a better (if not the best) version.

BTW, the music CD is re-engineered and released by Saregama. Its worth getting for 5 bucks.

I wish I can, but it is hard. I have to think 1000 times before pricing a product (competition, our cost, profit, customer satisfaction, fast delivery etc) and I believe 4.99 is a very decent price. The best I can do is to send for a flat fee of $2, but using USPS media mail...
