I did it! I used software called DVD Remake (not free, but cheap) and was a little work but I got it done. I kept 8 chapters & no extras on disc 1 and the rest with the extras on disc 2. In the end though I still had to use DVD Shrink to compress Disc 1 about 2% because it was 100mb or so over the limit of a standard 4.7gb disc. So now disc 1 has 8 chapters with the inability to access chapters 9+ through menus (I removed the option) and disabled the access to the extras. Disc 2 has the chapters 9+ with the inability to access chapters 8 down but has access to all the extras. Now I dont have a NTSC/PAL DVD Player so just viewed it on my computer and the disc seems to work :D I dont know if I can backup other DVDs in this fashion though, I'll try later on.

Pay more for DVD X Copy, pay less for DVD Remake or do it for free without menus using DVD Shrink. Personally I dont like DVDXCopy. :ffs:
