I mailed the disc today, along with a little note explaining the problem, and pre-paid envelope. It's "shaheed uddham singh" dvd, btw. I wasn't sure whether to send the whole cd case or just the disc, so i sent the cd case. hopefully i will get it back..hehe

oh, is it really? I know "shaheed-e-mohabbat" is with eros, but i thought uddham singh was a DEI release. but, oh well, it was a useless disc anyways.

They may not have all Titles available, it's a good idea to call ahead and find out before you return, it will save you the frustration of waiting for an exchange! :lol: :P

i called jaspreet and she told me to return the disk of knph and she will give me the 2 disk one when there is nothing wrong with the first one

They even sent a replacement copy to Germany (had to send in my copy first),
I had Nastik replaced. Great customer service, friendly contact!

Now I will try to get an exchange for my defective "Danger" dvd from
Sky Entertainment, hmmh, let's see. They told me they will send one
to Germany. Does anyone have good experiences with Sky Entertainment
and replacements?

Yes, I was very pleased with BEI exchange service too. I sent 8 defective DEI DVDs and they were able to replace 7 of them. For the 8th one, I asked for a a different title, as they didn't have a re-release of the one I returned. As the replacement was done with discs only and not covers, I have ended up with a disc of one film (without the cover) and a cover of one film (without the disc)....

I think BEI will only replace faulty DEI discs, provided you return the original to them... They do not sell directly to customers. Their contact details are on page 1, best to phone them as they never seem to reply to emails. I did see a webpage a little while ago, but it didn't say much about them and was just linked to their official retailer, Nehaflix, at the time. Not sure what the web address is now, if any. Hope this helps!
