LOL dude. I just ate this "Pav Bhaji" you(and a couple of others) are always talking about, this past week! I prefer dosa and sambaar. unfortunately my mom doesnt know how to make sambaar I didnt know waht Pav Bhaji was until I saw a box that said "Pav Bhaji" at the indian store. one of my friends was with me and laughed, and decided to make it for me it's not that grand.

Bhaji is spoken as Pa Jee (Bhra Jee or Brother Jee; Jee for respect) in Punjabi.

thats what I thought AT FIRST. Then...I saw one of them "saambaar in a box" or "biryani in a box" type recepie/ingrediants/spices box that said "Pav Bhaji" - "PAV" apparently means BREAD, as it is served with BREAD.

anyway, i know a couple of paki siblings. younger brother calls his older sister "BHAJI"
