how is the audio and video quality of this disc and how is vasantham DVD.

Newer version of Vasu is not Anamorphic nor does it have 5.1. But for venky fan or for someone who likes music in it, it will not be a total let down as there are no hopes of seeing better quality.

I just purchased it last week and I enjoy it in standard mode on my widescreen TV.

Vasantham is good quality but the aspect ratio is slightly squeezed so characters look little thin but most don't notice it!

lakshmant, which studio do you work for in India? Since you are interested in Telugu DVDs, i guess you might be working at Prasad or Rama Naidu studios as you wouldn't be asking about Vasu quality if you work at Mantra!
