Hi,

watched Satta yesterday. Did anyone notice that the mode changes
from progressive to interlaced exactly at the layer switch?
It is not only the flag, it is also the encoding! I was so pleased
to see that Sparc progressively encoded the movie, but my
joy lasted only half the movie.

Have to see this one.
Perhaps both layers of the disc have the same encoding. If first layer is Progressive, then, most likely one video field went missing resulting flags after wrong field pairs??

EVP Patthar Ke Sanam that I saw, had similar problem. It was 24 fps Progressive throughout. But, it had 5 segments. Every alternate segment had flags after wrong field.
