Does anyone know how the picture and sound quality of Shemaroo's Mission Kashmir compares to the Columbia Tristar version?

Mission Kashmir was released by Columbia Tristar, for Region 1 in 2000 and was NTSC. It was released in Sept 2002 for Region 2 and was in PAL.

Ali commented once, that Region 2 was a tad better than Region 1, due to higher res for PAL.

Is Region 2 MK DVD playable in India?? If so, why would any one buy Shemaroo MK NTSC DVD in India, a PAL country??
