The last I contacted them, they had about 25 or so VS-SD (including song DVDs) titles of which I got 6. I already had the rest. Over last 8 months or so, I have collected close to 50 SD-VS DVDs from various efforts, searches, clearance bins, and begging. Most are not in circulation currently, but the ones you find are mostly progressive.

BTW, for my order to SD, I had to find their sale price from their clearance/ super buys myself. Otherwise, as I said before, all these DVDs are listed at $19.99 but all are also listed in the clearance section for about $ 9.99.

Depends, what kinda movie u like? ???

BTW!! rana!! are u sure? if those titles are BOUGHT directly from SD web site, will turn out prog, as claimed? ???

SD web site is the only web-tailer site that I know of, that lists a VS title as 'Video Sound-Super Digital' if they are Super Digital discs. These are only the left overs from times when they had colloboration with Video Sound. Of the 50 or so progressive VS-SD titles (there were lots of interlaced ones too), only about 19 are still listed as VS-SD and currently avail. Current versions, in the market, of the same titles are 'Video Sound' labelled only and are mostly interlaced (pseudo-progressive though).

As some VS-SD titles were progressive and some interlaced, a VS-SD title if avail, may or may not be progressive.

Example:
Biwi #1, even if VS-SD, is interlaced (field averaged) as it was made from PAL master.
Yes Boss VS-SD is progressive and current solo Video Sound version is interlaced (pseudo-prog though).

I hope, I get some spare time one day and I can list the progressive VS-SD titles that I have collected so far. Most of them have been mentioned in zulm forums.
Of course, there are other SD and Yashraj progressive DVDs as well (Not all are progressive). These are commonly available.

Rana!! What, I meant, was, that, I people blindly order, from SD web site, and all u have, SD/VS, PROG...Turn out to be VS only DISCS!! Interlaced!!

U will have a lot of UNHAPPY CAMPERS here!!

So, It might be GOOD IDEA< to CALL/CONFIRM, with SD and then BUY on your OWN RISK!! ???

K3G, Zubeida, KKHH, DTPH (new version), Mohabbatein, DDLJ are progressive. There may be a few others.

BTW, Hari Bhari (perhaps VS-SD) too is Progressive.
Also many (not all) songs in VS-SD song DVDs are progressive even if the movie DVD they included song from was from another authoring house and was interlaced. e.g Hero #1 songs.

Thanks for the clarification Arsh.

There always is a risk of getting a different version, specially when we are looking for an old batch and the current batch is a different one. I myself ended up with one disc (Kohram), where cover stated Video Sound-Super Digital, DVD menu stated Authored by Super Digital, but the disc inner ring had Media Dimensions markings and was faulty progressive (24 fps but incorrect flags).
