RAKESH ROSHAN AND REKHA TO BE PAIRED AGAIN

After 'Mother', Rakesh Roshan and Rekha will once again be coming together on the silver screen in 'Koi Mil Gaya', which is being produced and directed by Roshan himself. This time, the two of them play husband and wife, though Rakesh Roshan is just doing a little cameo in the film. Says Roshan, "It is a very small role and I am hardly there for a few minutes in the film." The film also stars son Hrithik Roshan. Do the father and son have any scenes together? "No, we don't have any scenes together," Roshan adds. With 'Koi Mil Gaya', Rakesh Roshan gets the credit of producing and directing India's first sci-fi film, which has been made, at a budget of Rs 35 crore. "We have invested everything we earned in 'Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai' in this film and the special effects used in have never been seen before on the Indian screen," says Roshan.

Hrithik Roshan plays a character who is biologically a 21-year-old but with a mind of a six-year-old. Apparently, the Roshans were initially in two minds about making the film and thought that they would make a regular commercial film. "I called up Hrithik while he was shooting for 'Yaadein' and after I narrated the story he told me we should do the film". Besides, if the film had to be made, it had to be made now otherwise Hrithik would not have been able to play the role after a couple of years, said Roshan. He added that the film was in no way based on ET or Forrest Gump.

What da heck? anil Kapoor still plays roles of 21 year old chap!!

And AB played even when he was 50 yrs plus! :nopity:
