This is interesting, considering that Yash Raj presumably released their DVD with Original Theatrical Aspect Ratio. Then where did the extra picture (in pirate DVD) come from?? As I understand, matting is not applicable in 2.35:1 prints, then what could be the explanation here??

i saw the same cover at the videostore but it says asian video is it autherd by superdigital

As you know this is the cover of Pirate Better than Original DVD. You say that you saw this cover with ASIAN label on it?? It's possible. Asian are the right holders of this film and DVD. Legally, they can replicate from this pirate disc and then put their own label on it PLUS sue the pirate company if they can find out who was behind it. If they did replicate from the 24Kt gold (Progressive) pirate DVD, it's good news for all who want to buy this movie DVD.

Someone should check it out.

BTW, it wouldn't surprise me if they really did bring out a good print. This week I got MRITUEDAATA for which rights are held by ASIAN and VS and the DVD was authored by SAI DIGITAL.

Izzy, can you rent this version and check if it really is the version that originaed as pirate, the screen shots for which Arsh has posted in this thread??

If it really is, then we can start looking for other Asian DVDs with good PQ.

this store only sells dvds aoudios and cds they dont do the rental stuff but my video store only has the pirate version but i will proberly buy it next week it is 4 $10 cdn

Yaar Izzy , I know that Store pretty good, i think Kamal video Also has another location on victoria St, Vancouver b.c.
do you think all the dvd titles are being sold by that store are orignal ?
