Arsh.... Isnt FlimKraaft the home production company of Rakesh Roshan ?.. I am pretty sure this was his home production ! Very surprising indeed how come BEI didnt get hold of this film ! Apparently BEI has *unofficial access* to all Filmkraaft / Rakesh Roshan and J.Om.Prakash films !

Quote:
One of the accusations that is often hurled at Rajesh Roshan is of reserving his best only for his brother Rakesh Roshan’s Filmkraft banner. But it is an accusation that he accepts readily. Because be it Khudgarz, Khoon Bhari Maang, Kishen Kanhaiya, Khel, King Uncle, Karan Arjun or Koyla all the movies had wonderful music. Even his latest release where Rakesh Roshan is launching his son Hrithik Roshan Kaho Na Pyar Hai has brilliant music. As far as plagiarism is concerned Rajesh Roshan has indeed been party to it. And one feels bad to see that such a talented composer like him is copying tunes from reggae artistes like Shaggy in inconsequential films like Tarazu.

I thought so too!!! I am SURPRISED!! check out from iMDB, etc whether KHEL was Filmkraft or not? It might be like KAROBAAR! But Kaam CHOR was his own film? along with Khun bhai Maang, Khudgarz!

BTW!! Who made Dharm's SAMADHI?, I think, never made to dvd?

Kaamchor was his produced film... I think FilmKraft came into existence with Khudgarz which he also directed. Khel was directed by him ! (and I suppose produced by him too).

One interesting trivia... That was the same year in which Zee Tv was launched in India ( I remember those days )... and they used to show the song Idlee-Doo always...

Another piece of trivia .. Idlee-doo is a plagiarized version of Cab Calloway's Minnie the Moocher !

If I remember correctly, Rakesh Roshan didn't produce Khel, it was produced by Sujit Kumar (I think).

I sawe a GVI DVD of this movie sometime last year - but didn't bother wasting my cash on it!

Sujit Kumar produced Khel. Raakesh Roshan directed 3 movies for others that I can recall:

Kala Bazar
Khel
Karobaar

any others?
