I am in Mississauga near Toronto. I am looking to buy K3G 2 DVD set as a gift for someone and wondering where would I get the best deal.

Also, is this good viewing as far as quality of sound and video concerned on a decent home theatre setup with 43" TV. I wouldn't worry about too much technical details... like MBits etc... just general home viewing.

Please forward your replied ASAP as the birthday is on Jan 8th.

Thanks in advance for the replies.

Sunish... Well since this DVD is new on the market you arent going to get many good deals. The price will all over be almost the same. I would tell you to purchase online but its too late, since the bday is tommorow. I wud say the best thing to do is go to a few indian stores and check out the prices........The dvd is in a box, so i dont think u will be tricked into buyin a pirate. Setting up wont be hard, its only 5.1, and unless u have changed the setting the print will appear 4:3.........have fun!

Sunish you are better off not buying from the local shops there... They will rip you off... Order it from IW along with a few other dvds and you will get a good deal then !
&pls avoid all stores on Gerard Street... esp Taj Mahal Video (They are a bunch of Crooks and Pirates and cheats.... Once upon a time they tried to pass me the pirate version of Karz for 30$ Canadian) !!!!

C$45 isn't all that bad!

it would cost from IndaWeakly approx. C$37 (including shipping).. so time like this, especially for a gift... paying few bucks more would still be worth it. Only if this is genuine K3G 2DVD set.

Thanks everyone for your help.. I bought the DVD from Asian Video in Mississauga for $40.00 CDN. It was the last piece they had.

I believe these guys won't be selling pirates and everything looks cool. Yet to open the DVD.

Does anyone here care for anymore review/screenshots etc?

$40 is too much for these subpar dvds. I'll just get the dupe for far less when it comes out. Tell Yashraj to email me when they release a DVD worthy of $40.

One thing for sure, at ASIAN they stock only the genuine releases from the right holders.

In general, in Toronto area, if a store keeps grey area DVDs, he will have only the grey area DVDs and if a store has genuine rightholders DVDs, he will have only those.
At times, I have bought EROS DVDs, that looked original, from the grey area shops and they turn out different as indicated by stretched anamorphic pic and other similar indicators.

If you are looking for a pirate, better than original & if you know of it, then you find it at those stores only that carry the pirates.
