Hello all,

Nehaflix, I remember the time that I had a problem with your service when a package never reached me. After I came to zulm, the package was at my door fairly quickly. Even though it took a while to get the goods, I take solace in the fact that at least I received them. Dont you think it would be easier to just re-ship this person's goods and be done with it? It would eliminate these reams of pages of bitching and backbiting by everyone included. When a retailer and consumer have to resort to Internet dissing and open displays of fury toward each other, its really not very complimentary to either party.

Obviously as consumers we all have preferences about where we shop. The only thing that a retailer needs to cement is the fact of whether the consumer will shop with him
again.

Iammissing some one here on this topic. Help me folks for my memory like abusive words.

Anyhow, Nick should offer a simple apology, but it is now too late. Atleast we all should be satisfied, Nick finally cameout from the "caves" after mild "bombardment".

Heavy bombardment is still to follow. Watch out !!!!!!

hello all
mr. nick post that i threat them in my emails that is not true at all . i am willing to post all my email i send them regarding my order . and mr nick talk about credibility . in his last post he said they refund full charges back on my CC . while go i phone my visa company to check it out if there any credit from nehaflix . the person i talk to told me that there is no credit from neha flix yet . i don,t know how long it take to process . please let assure you fellows i have nothing personal against neha flix. i just want get the dvds i order or my money back . so i can order some where else thats all . in my some email i ask neha flix to check it out to make sure if my order was shipped . there may be mistake . or ckeck with post service . why it taking too long .

Easiest way to deal with this -

Call credit card company and tell them you did not receive the order. They will immediately credit your account !!!!

I did this with Indiaweekly who I had the same problem with and I got my money back.

So do the same thing. Call your bank and tell them and you will definetly get credit.

I am wondering if you can share with us details abt ur probelm.. like order number, what dvds u purchased and any conversations (e-mails etc.) that u may have had with IW..

Maybe that will help us better understand what u are saying here..
Hardev has backed his stuff with e-mails and other stuff... would like to see what u have got to show us also !

You need to learn have your own voice and not just be someone's else and become their chamcha. I do not toot anyone's hor here and just post my own experience.


Sknath - you are the biggest chamcha of all and everyone on zulm here knows that. All you do is throw stones at everyone else and kiss Indiaweekly's ass. Only reason you do that is cuz they do you small little favors. Become your own man and have your own voice man ... GROW UP !!!! You make all these racist comments agains us muslims and people from Pakistan all the time but you lick Afzal's ass in a heartbeat! You are the biggest racist and hypocrite I know here. You will do anything for a pretty penny.


One day if you stop being their chamcha I bet they won't give a damn about you just like all their rest of customers.

I got my money back from the help of my bank and they are my friend not YOU !!

Because I never had any problem with IW, or if there was an issue it was resolved quickly (including duplicate shipment when first got delayed), I don't consider myself to be IW chamcha. None of the sknath's posts deserved your outburst. May be, sknath is IW spokesman. Spokesman doesn't mean chamcha. Instead, a spokesman can help you resolve the issues.

Sharing your good or bad experience is fine, but you never gave enough details for IW spokesman (if it's sknath) to resolve the issue.

For what ever it's worth. This is my experience with Nehaflix.

On 11/20/2002 I made my first order with them, and within seconds I received an email confirmation from them, received the shipment on on 11/27/02. Found out 1 DVD did not play, on 11/28/02 sent an email requesting permission for an exchange. On 11/29/02 received a reply from them with an okay to return it. Immediately went to the post office and sent it. I have just received the replacement have to check if it's working. Overall I am very satisfied.
Is it just possible that Hardev situation is a fluke? and does it warrant such an outburst? and what ever happen with given someone the benefit of doubt. Perhaps if he wasn't so verbal and pissed them off they might have been more accommodating? And hell no customers are not always right!

Indiaweekly guys looked in their database and found that there has not been any credit card dispute from any muslim customer in their last three month's order history. Moreover Indiaweekly has offered $1000 reward for Ronnie if he can prove he placed his order with Indiaweekly!

As for being a chamcha... you should know something here... when you accuse someone of doing something, you should also have the "GAEND's" (in Urdu-Hindi) to back it up and not hide behind some useless trivial stuff... 'cos if you do then it goes to show your whole claim may be incredulous.

My asking you that was not to help you in anyway :) I dont work for IW or am in anyway associated with them (numbskulls like you shouldnt be educated but if you request an ip from Ali he will gladly tell you what my IP addy is)

But the mere fact that even after making such claims, you have not been able to provide any information for us Zulmis, to back your claim, then like i stated before, we should take that with a pinch of salt ... So rather I would advise you to grow up and be more responsible in backing ur juvenile claims here before you come and start posting here !

As for your other comments abt "kissing Afzal's ass" (even though he is a Muslim).... well goes to show that I am not what you say !.. He is, and i can speak for many others who have benefitted from his Cust Service (come on guys where are the remaining chamchas hiding here... JeffAdkins, BigMan, etc. etc. :D ) .. He is really involved with his work... and let me tell you this... he is one of my good friends also !
