( Dont want mention the name of stores People might think i am promoting the stores ) its 6 weeks since i order from NEHAFLIX.COM . But did ot recive it yet Or may never recieve because i have my dout they never shipped my order . if they are honest with customer why would,nt they answer the emails . they have have funny way of runnig the buisness. i even phone them there was answering device i left the message . they never answer . then i fax them regarding my order . but they not giving me any info. i am looking for . they just do,nt care once they collect money from you .
If anybody out there having the same problem with NEHAFLIX.COM i urge you to file a Complaint at B B B ( Better Buisness Breau ) you can do on line there address is http://www.bbb.com . I am going to file a complaint against nehaflix.com at B B B . I won,t let them to take my hard earn money they charge on my cc for the goods they never shipp .

I have placed several orders with Nehaflix but have never had any problems with them. I get a confirmation email once I place an order and an email with the USPS delivery confirmation number once it is shipped. I have never used their customer service so cannot comment about it. I have also not had any problems with IW till date. Just my input of these sites. Hope you get your dvds or money back soon.

Dear Zulm.net Readers,

Several of the concerned members here have sent us emails regarding this customer and the comments made by him. We would like to share why this person has made these comments here and set the record straight.

This person has placed and order with us and his order has been sent out on time. It is possible due to customs procedures the package may be delayed as it is across US borders or lost, as some packages are lost in mail. He has been given that status constantly.

The reason he has posted these comments is because he has left us several harassing message recording, which we have saved, and many similar email messages threatening us and using bad four letter words. It is because of those we have told him that we would no longer respond to him and just credit his purchase. We do not tolerate harassment to our hard working folks at Nehaflix.com and no one ever should tolerate abuse at workplace from a customer.

Anyone here is welcome to send us email and we always do respond to all if there is an issue. We have the highest customer satisfaction index, which we do measure by an independent third party.

We thank all our concerned customers who brought up this issue to us.

Glad to see you here... Would you be kind enuff to share those e-mails with us here on zulm ? ( Of course please edit any profanities you may find...).. So that we know that we have both sides of the story.. else ppl wont be able to make an unbiased assessment of the matter.

What does on do if a packet gets lost in the main ? I thought u were suposed to replace it immediately etc. ?

This is really funny. Nehaflix takes the money from a customer and agrees that package is possibly lost. Why can't they reship the package instead of giving the "status constantly" ? How come you guys didn't ship Kabir's order for a month and as soon as he post his comment, it is shipped the next day! What kind of customer service is this?

While 9 times out of 10 I would side with the customer, I don't think Nick had any right to verbally abuse anyone. While desis are incompetent retailers, I don't think anyone should lose their cool with them. I basically gave up on online DVD shopping for Indian films. What's the use? :sus:

well this is the latest response from neha flix .
you people be the judge to is threaten whom .
well you pay for the goods , but never recieved in time period. then you write to them but hardly get answer . and write back . they call it harrasment . if we never recieved the goods in time fram what we should we do ? sit back and wait for miracle to happen . i think every person have have right to ask the company for his order if did not get it . yes i write to them few times that if i did not get any answer from them i will seek help and may file a complaint against them at BBB . i was very honest with with in my few mails i write to them and ask them to please refund my charge back on my CC if later i recieve my order ( Who Knows when ) i will let them know . if they want they can charge back on my CC or if they wish i will send dvds back to them . i told them very clear i will be only their decision . i don,t know what else i could have done . i gave them all the choices . if they call this harrassment it is their choise too .
if do not want serve i do not need that kind of service . all i wanted my money back or my order . i don,nt think anything wrong with that . now once i gat my money back i have no hard feeling toward them iwish them best of luck in in their buiness .

it is over month since i order i did not recieve my oeder yet . i sendin you email almost everyday ,to find out what has happen to my order , you have charge on my visa . but you guy not not answering me . i don,t know what your problem is . i was asking for the INVOICE and TRACKING # of my order . you guys are not willing to give me , thats looks like my oeder may never be shipped . i approx. send you guys 25-30 eamail but no answer from you .that is a very poor servise . on your site it say any email or quwstion will be answer 24-48 hours ,thats BS. if you have shipped my order as you said earlier OCT 30/2 then i should have recieved by now . I order DVD from EROS,DEI .India Weekly before it never took more than 10 day to arrive .but it is over a month when i order but never recieved .thats why i have my dout that if my order ever was shipped. but you guy are not telling me anything . now you have recieved my money looks like you guys don,t care about your customers . in my last mail i gave you coule of options , but i have not get any reply what you going to do . the option was , i may never recieve my order from you ( May never been shipped ) i want you to give full credit back on my visa which was $ 37.93 US . if i ever recieve my order i will email you and let you know . you can charge back on my visa or if you like will return the goods back to you . it will be your choise . what else can i do ?
last week i phoned canada post to find out if they have any pacel from you under my name . they can,t find find any parcer from you under my name in the system .but it is sometime difficult to find without tracking # which you guys are not giving me.

Hi Folks I wont pass any judgements on Nehaflix as yet, thats until Nick shows us the "threatening" stuff which he claims Hardev has sent him.

As for you Hardev, do the following :-
1.) Call up ur Credit Card and dispute the charge. You will get a refund
2.)Keep us posted with the follow ups here on zulm !

3.) And remember to shop from theonly site that doesnt get into these kinda messy situations.

I will tell you folks... I faced a similar situation with my site some months back... Promptly I call Afzal and I get a replacement for the packet...with priority service..and voila the previous package also arrives at my doorstep ! ... This is what I would say is impeccable customer service ! (No cheap gimmicks..like 2-1 or free worldwide service etc... etc... its just plain simple service..w e all know of... to get the goods in our hands once we have ordered for it)

Customer emails cannot be posted here due to privacy laws that exist in United States.

Shipments that are lost are replaced and one of the members here have already said he/she received a replacement package via Priority Mail.

Hardev claims he never received ANY email responses but then he posts the emails from customer service shows his lack of credibility. Nothing further needs to be said here.

Nehaflix.com cares about its customers and serves with a passion and that is evident just by us being here and taking this issue head on.

Nick... this very statement may make a dent on what you say here... The issue of privacy doesnt arise here, as you can effectively omit the e-mail address of the user ! ( You have made a claim of Threatening e-mails from Hardev.. and thats all we need you to back it up)...... which again I dont see any reason of being posted , as the aggreived customer, Hardev, has posted his e-mail address here...

But if thats what you wanna use as your defence then so be it.

Ppl here will take cognizance of this fact and come to their own conclusions :)
