hi who can help wit this problem every time i try to go on MIRC it tells me this . Unable to connect (Can't assign requested address)

Hey, yeah, I've been getting the same error when I've tried this past week. I have no idea what's wrong though.

The problem is on Dalnet.
I think there's a possible solution posted on http://www.mirc.com as many users have encountered the same error.
