Dont forget this is is unsurprising as i said in a post during the pre-release that both Karan and his bandit friend Aditya have scripts which are thriller/action subjects but i dont think they have the what it takes to risk such subjects....Infact aditya sai in an interview weeks after DDLJ Release back in 95 ....that his next movie after his father DTPH would be a suspense thriller......and look what happened the freak chickened out .....Its no suprise because Karan johar home productions Dharma have produced many films with different theme.....Agneepath.....ACTION........Gumrah....DRAMA/THRILLER.....DUPLICATE...COMEDY....
If you read the clipping from Aditya's interview at the YRF website (link below). He says that he wanted to do a thriller after DTPH, since he got bored of love stories. But something kept drawing him back to Mohhabatein. Lets hope that his next too is a suspenseful thriller now that he's finished with
love stories/mohabbatein, we need more films like that in bollywood. Especially since they promote new ideas/excitement and concepts for our films.

In my opinion Yash chopra, Karan Johar, Subhash Ghai have lost the balls to expiriment
In my opinion, I don't think they have lost there "
balls". I think there just in it at the moment to earn some high level of capital, basically throwing things at the general audiences that they would want to see instead of presenting new things which would create a progression in the quality taste of Indian Cinema or Bollywood.
