The underworld might send shivers up the spines of the denizens of Bollywood, but it has its funny side also. Though most of them are under the influence of dons, yet they deny it claiming that only a small section is in nexus with them. This is reflected specially in some of the 'pet names' it has coined for the established stars. Thus, Karishma Kapoor is 'Chikni', Manisha Koirala is known by the rather derogatory appellation of 'Nepalan', Akshay Kumar is 'Lamboo and Sanjay Dutt, who is quite popular with some among the underworld, is known as 'Sanju Baba'.


The list does not end there. Salman Khan is referred to as 'Sallu Miyan', Shah Rukh Khan is 'Hakla'(Stammerer), Rakesh Roshan is both 'Takla' (Baldy) and 'Nankhatai' (a soft sweet). Hrithik Roshan is popular as 'Chikna' or 'Duggu' and Govinda as 'Motu' (Fatso) or 'Chichi'. The underworld has struck terror in the industry. Most of them obey these dons out of fear for their and their family's lives. The dons, who run several web sites, amuse themselves and visitors to their sites by posting obscene films/shots of several stars via digital manipulation of normal photographs.

All you have to do is shoot a few of these 'Dons' and watch them shiver. Seriously these guys get happy when people refer to them as "Mafia". C'mon they're Indian, they can never be anything like Mafia!
