If somethings done then there is no point doing it again. Well there might be a point if its being done a long time later. Im all for ripping hollywood off if the final product is better than the original. Seriously Bollywood is running out of ideas and there is no point running to hollywood for ideas cos it doesnt work out. They should translate an english novel into a book or something. I read blood work over 2 years ago and am pleased that it has now become a movie that im sure will do pretty well.

Valid point, and I did overlook the fact that if ROAD is indeed a remake of a film just recently made by hollywood (Joyride OR Roadkill). Than, there would be no point in remaking those films in such a short gap from its original. Morever, I also agree that Bollywood should quite running to Hollywood for remakes (quite frankly 90% of them turn out far worst from its original, and when very few turn out even better). However, I still feel that ROAD will be something to look forward too, mainly because the film has the name Ram Gopal Vemra attached to it.

yeah RGV has his own uniqueness so it might be worth watching. Also i have never seen sleazy scenes in bollywood so might watch this because it looks to be the first.

true. But films produced by RGV (shool, Pyar Tune, Love ke liye..) are not of the same quality as those directed by him (Rangeela, Satya etc)
