Admittedly, I've only had the chance to see half a dozon films this year. Now a days, I pick & choose which films would be worth watching ultimately. Amongst the ones that I have seen, I've liked Raavan, Well Done Abba, & Road To Sangam. Haven't had the chance to see Dabangg, Udaan, Raajniti, and Guzzarish. I don't much care for Akshay Kumar. It seems he has a release every month. Not many films released this year to arouse a keen interest.

Been trying to catch up on some the films last few days since I got a few days off; Peepli Live is the only ones that's held my attention from start to finish, good film. The rest I wished I hadn't wasted my time; Kites - its okay, but should picked something better to watch :o Three Idiots - nothing special - didn't see what all the fuss was around this one. My Name Is Khan - managed to watch about half of the film in 3 sittings - I can't do it! Not going back to it. That's all I've managed this year  Few more days left.. any recommendations? - might watch Raavan.

Happy holidays Ali bhaii!
Most respectfully I would include kite in hruthik,s worst film , ishtyle to substance ratio is too bad IMHO,

Try well done abba! You will find out how understated , no name cinema can still be done good!

I don't know but ishqaya will go good with u.

Old 70 style over the head action ... Dabaang!

Stay away from all aki and ash trash lol

Just saw Love, Sex Aur Dhoka. And I liked it. Dibakar Banarjee, whom stands amongst the "Indie" filmmaker of Hindi cinema in current times needs to be nurtured more. It's filmmaking like this (I believe) that can dilute the heavy makeup on "Bollywood".

If there is only one movie you could watch, I would suggest you make that Ishqiya. It is, atleast in my opinion, one of the best, if not the very best movie of the past couple of years.

Forgot about Ishqiya, I managed to watch that a while back, so while back I didn't think it was this year, I think it came early on on the year. Really liked it.

Love, Sex and Deceit looks interesting, really enjoyed Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!

Have you seen 'Khosla Ka Ghosla'? I know it's a much older film, but I very highly recommend it, just in case you have not seen it.

Just finished watching Dabangg, the film does boost some impressive sound mixing/editing (by Leslie Fernandes?). Especially in the film's opening action sequence, seldom do Hindi films give us the opportunity to enjoy eyes/ears pleasing action sequences. Beyond that, I can't say I'm a big fan of this film, it should unqualifiably be named "Wanted Part 2".

Enjoyed Enthiran/Robot, Raajneethi and 3 idiots. I thought I hate Luv Stories, We are Family, Dabangg, Raavan and Peepli Live was ok. Kite and My name is Khan was bad. I need to watch Udaan on Netflix.

Update: Udaan is really good. :D

Recommendations from me for the following in 2010. In no particular order:
Ishqiya, My Name Is Khan, Love Sex aur Dhokha, Aisha, Band Baaja Baaraat, Jhootha Hi Sahi

On my so-so list were: Guzaarish, Anjaana Anjaani, Action Replay, Tere Bin Laden
Horrible were Golmaal 3, Raajneeti

Have not yet seen Udaan or TMK, the former of which might be added to list above based on recommendations I`ve had from family.

Without explination, Raajneeti had alot going for itself, some of it is pretty obvious. But the film falls flat in playing the Godfather formula till the end without going beyond. "Political films"(for a lack of a better term), especially in Hindi mainstream films is always fascinating to watch, whether they're capable of standing the test of time, or the ability to produce(as S. Sukhdev would have said) "a silent revolution" in the viewers subconscious intelligence. Though I maintained a low expectation since watching this film 6 months after it's release, one doesn't hear it being considered the next Gulaal.

On anther note, I've had the pleasure of watching Well Done Abba once more, and I'm convinced that Boman Irani's performance is the best I've seen so far from any actor in hindi films in the last year.

With all due respect after enjoying MHN and not feeling the same for OSO though, Tees maar is a pathetic
Bhondi , loud notankii , nothing more . Worse kind of attempt to comedy:(
It is shocking it is the bottom of the tier I'll craft by FK and with pathetic production value, slapstick caricatarization atrocious attempt at cinema:( this is totally unforgivable lol
Man that Katrina kaif appeared so damn a lousy bimbo despite loud made up, skin, costumes, colors etc and btw what was Fatso salu doing there?
I could not believe my eyes what I saw and literally it shook my brain into rotation and back & forth jerks and literally hurt my bhejja not only head.
