I liked the movie. The best punjabi film i've seen since Shaheed-e-Mohabbat.

Miyan arsh...have seen the BLACK screen-SHITS... Its a tragedy that SLB could let that happen. Maybe the only hope lies in Diaphana releasing a French version of that film !....

Kits = telugu, Sandish = Punjabi... so you can expect only those folks to bring out good dvds !...Ayngaran is also improving their quality. But the main credit should go to Prasad, who started the telecine operation with dvd authoring. If they receive a faulty telecine, then they can only give you garbage (e.g., BLACK)

Looks like BEI/ DEI work. Quality sure is old DEI standard, when DEI had fixed their anamorphic squash pic problem (Alibaba 40 Chor).
It's Progressive, Anamorphic, DD 5.1 @ 448kbps audio and high bit rates video.

A must buy.

I give it a 5.
20 when compared to other present day Indian DVDs that have been getting a score of 1 to 3.

I got the T-Series version of this from India and it is a complete let down. The colours are very wish washy.

The film is great and it is a great story. The ending is very good [... REMOVED SPOILER...]

Indeed a very engrossing film, with some good acting by all leads inclusive!! including underated Divya Dutta!! Music is good, simple and melodious!!
Juhi looked great and lovely despite pregnancy!!

I loved the most, the simple, the authentic, down to earth, no non sense production value..whether Punjab or Usa, it is nothing on your face!

I dont know, if you can show rusty punjab so good, why you have to use Switzerland

commendable job by Gurdas Mann!! 8) It shows when a film is made from heart, it does not need multi multi crore, gloss/floss to be effective!

2 thums up!

BTW!! Picture Quality on this Prog encoded dvd along with 5.1 sound, even without NON SENSE extras! is a WINNER!

Are you taking notes rana?

I'll see if I can submit some full size screen shots!

You are ON ali bhaii, I just sent! Thnx
