How is the overall quality of this dvd,Is it worth buying as price is good.I have seen the VHS and would liek to buy the dvd if it is woth whle.

As you can see from some of the shots UL presented, the print has too many green smudges spoiling the screen in various parts of the film. Overall, it's not as good as some of Shemaroo's other prints, but not bad for $4.99/$5.99 at IW/Nehaflix at the moment!

The film is too much "masala" really, unless you want to hear NAUSHAD's last music (he was re-launched in this film)... Storywise, you might want to see KARMAYOGI, which also stars Raaj Kumar, Jeetendra and Reena Roy, as there is a deeper spiritual theme in that film.

imdb has Naushad's last music as
Taj Mahal: An Eternal Love Story (2003)

:?: that entry might be wrong.

Unfortunatly this is cut by about 15-20 mins. Sony TV have put the full version on which I recorded on VHS. Why they released this as a cut version I don't know. I am pretty sure Sony TV get all their prints from Shemaroo.

Shemaroo have a tendancy to cut films for no reason. Their recent release Prem Tapasya have a song missing and that is unforgivable...
