Comparison shots from the UK MovieBox release. This is a PAL disc and looks to be the same master WEG used for its PAL-to-NTSC version, so this is probably the best one to go for.

looks more grain on this second version( orig film or?

WEG seems sharper to me? :?:

Shemaroo probably applied more DNR on their version, with more blurring problems as a result. Also, unlike the Shemaroo DVD, the MovieBox/WEG disc is not field-averaged which definitely helps the sharpness.
