hey guys, this is my first time posting here, but I've been reading your posts for a while. anyways, i found this site:

http://www.cdstore.com.pk/india/dvda.html

They got some big movies with low prices. DDLJ for $13.99, MYKSH for $13.99 also. I just wanted to know if anyone ever ordered anything from there. And, if yes, how is it. And i also heard indiaweekly will match any low prices, u think we should let them know about this? thanks

so, does that mean they are used dvds or they are illegal, or just pirates.

Well dunno abt the former.. but all the rest fit their profile :D

As for IW or NFX... they dont match prices with those stores :D

http://www.cdstore.com.pk aren't so cheap anymore compairing to the low prices for DVDs that can been seen in regular webstores.

The reason behind their prices, because they (allegedly) sell replicated discs and pirated discs. Respected members from zulm have received genuine products from the webstore as well. I guess it all depends on what you order. Replicated DVDs are everywhere, You will just have to watch out for it. Recently i was going to thru my yashraj DVDs (bought from http://www.indiaweekly.com) that i have and noticed Awara is a replicated version which is also available cdstore.com.pk. I have bought Awara, Barsaat, Mera Naam Joker, Sharada, Satyam Shivam Sundaram, Shree 420 (all from IW). So Believe me when i see a replicated disc, didn't notice when i got it in mid 2001.

anywhow, 2in1 is the current favourites for many. and is strictly available on http://www.pakwebstore.com and sometimes on http://www.ebay.com

As for price-matching, IW may not price-match as mentioned before me. However, since replicated disc doesn't loose quality (so i think), it wouldn't be bad deal after all to buy from cdstore.com.pk. What i would recommend is to buy from http://www.ebay.com, as sometime yashraj DVDs can be seen for good $10 a piece. Yashraj DVDs are not worth anything .. so spend the least where you can.
