Well i still haven,t recieve my dvds which i order at NEHAFLIX.COM on Oct 29 /02 . They have charge on my C C on Oct 30 /02 . lately i am emailin them almost every day or every secound day asking them to provide me the Order no. and package shipping id no. and my Invoice ID . but they are so besharam they not providing me any anything i am asking for. ( They not even answer my emails ) I phoned postal sevice and ask them to ckeck if they have any parcel for me from NEHAFLIX.COm. they can,t find any pacel from NEHAFLIX.COm for me . in the system . they told me they need package id no. from shipper to be sure . so i am asking to Nehaflix provide me the package id no. but they stom answering my emails . whats that tells you i think they never ship my order . if they have shipped me my order than they should be able to provide me the info. i ask for. once they get your hard earn money they don,t care about you you gets your goods or not they don,t care . they just want grab your money . Please don,t let them take youhard earn money . be careful when ordering from NEHAFLIX.COM . order your dvds reliable on line store . i have order dvds from other on line stores i always recieve my order within 2 weeks somtimes within week . ( Dont want mention the name of stores People might think i am promoting the stores ) its 6 weeks since i order from NEHAFLIX.COM . But did ot recive it yet Or may never recieve because i have my dout they never shipped my order . if they are honest with customer why would,nt they answer the emails . they have have funny way of runnig the buisness. i even phone them there was answering device i left the message . they never answer . then i fax them regarding my order . but they not giving me any info. i am looking for . they just do,nt care once they collect money from you .
If anybody out there having the same problem with NEHAFLIX.COM i urge you to file a Complaint at B B B ( Better Buisness Breau ) you can do on line there address is http://www.bbb.com . I am going to file a complaint against nehaflix.com at B B B . I won,t let them to take my hard earn money they charge on my cc for the goods they never shipp .
again please be extra careful when ordering from NEHAFLIX.COM . if any want want to get,ntouch with me please feel free to write me at hardev@telus.net
please dont waste your money to order from NEHAFLIX.COM

Hardev, as I've written here before, I came to zulm once and complained about Nehaflix and the next day they sent me my parcel through courier. That was then. Now it seems that even coming to zulm for an answer doesnt prompt them to do anything. This is terrible service indeed and we should all be forewarned about what is going on. If amazon.com treats one of their customers like this they would be in deep shit.

I think Nehaflix started off good, but has ended up with the worst of the garbage heap. I have been placing simultaneous orders with NX and IW and IW always has the better packaging and faster shipping. Personally I think some prices on BOTH stores are rip-offs but at least with IW you know that your goods are going to reach you. This is a pathetic state of affairs for Neha and I hope they wake up from their slumber.

very very bad service . i was thinking to buy some DVD's from there but not i wont buy .

Check with your credit card company. As far as Visa transactions involving mail, phone or internet orders. The merchant has 60 days from the transaction date to send you the goods. If you don't receive within 60 days, call your credit card company disputing the charge in question. They will send you a letter that you sign and send back to them, and they will proceed to credit your account.

I am having the same problem with Indiaweekly. They never sent me an order charged my card and its been 2 months. I finally had to call the credit card company and file a claim. The process takes forever but you will get your money back.

Indiaweekly does not bother responding to my emails either no matter how many times you send them an email. It seems all these companies don't give a damn about their customers.

I can see mail being slow these days due to holidays, but 2 months ago it was just fine. Time to move on to better places or just buy from local retailer and give up on mail order.

Ronnie when you placed your order at IW didn't you receive your order # & the dvd details in to your nominated email account? this is normally a automated email u receive from them. send them a copy of this email back to them.

what email are you using to contact them? try
service@indiaweekly.com i normally get a reply within a day or so. its really very suprising that you haven't heard anything back from them.

btw, why did u wait this long before complaining. i live in australia & max it takes between 7 to 10 days for my order to get to me. this is really very suprising, from my experience with them i would say they cus service stands out from the rest. if it helps, next time u talk to them or email them. then ask for afzal, he's the best at IW.

Ronnie I cant speak for other sites, but as Khiladi pointed out.. do you have order details ?... Like what u ordered and when you ordered ?... and as Khiladi has pointed out, an order number will surely help...

Share with us the info and maybe we all can help you out of ur predicament .. I know u cancelled the order, but still giving us details abt the order will help verify its Veracity...


Hardev, as for you, can you post here the details abt the order u placed ?... Like what date, receipt if any ? etc. ? any other correspondances ? etc. ?

3. Aarzoo ( OLD , Shemaroo Release )
approx. 2 weeks ago , but i havent recieved it yet can you give me Invoice ID or Trace #
it should not take that long . i wonder if you guys shipp it yet or not .

not going to wait couple of monnth to arrive your parcel. . so please

who knows when i will send it back to you .
that was my first order from you . i have had enough of your service .
