Anyone heard of Indo American? Is this a pirate company or since no one wanted to touch this movie they gave it to a new DVD authoring company? :rolleyes:

It wouldn’t surprise me if this Indo America is spin off companies of one of the others, tax evasion and avoiding piracy policing authorities, its all part of the con business called the Indian DVD business!

YES!! finally got dvd!! i give a two huge thumbs down for this disc mastered by SUPER DIGITAL>>SUPER???(Faddy yaar fill in) v.poor, picture and sound!~ i could not believe my eyes after watching beautifull transfer of tnbp by dei!!!what a bummer! i would classify this one as one of the worst dvd by super digital! I dont know what did they make! even worse than a good vhs, picture, dull, blurry, u feel like watching through a mask, blurry, lack of sharpness, contast and what not!! liveless, pirated dvds are 1000 times better! sound..again lame!! dull!register as 5.1, but worse than a bad prologic either!!! marked as enhanced 5.1!! unbelievable!!

This one is for u Ali!! stay away from this dvd...phir na kehna khabar naheen ki!!!?

man u guys have seen bad and worse like yda by dei, but u have to see this one to believe!! this gave me depreesion!!!same i got watching yaadein in theatre!

arsh, the DVD may be bad, but even when I saw it in the theatres the film looked very horrible!! Scenes were extremely blurry and out of focus, and made me think I was going blind. And this was in the IMAX presentation here in Toronto!! I suspect that the overall look of the film was blurry and shitty to begin with, and then it's made worse on this DVD!

The sound was very good though in the theatre.

Can anyone who saw this in the theatre confirm if the presentation was blurry and out of focus??

Says anamorphic on cover – but that's irrelevant since picture is so bad - thanks for the warning Arsh;

the sound says enhanced dd !!man! i agree with u, but in imax, i had seen toomb raider, picture was not that good either as compare to regular theatre, it was in sony matreon theatre in sfo, picture was grainy and less sharp! but nothing like this what i have seen today!! woosh!! i was sweating!! and furious to see that picture! could not believe my eyes!! i am still in trance!!!i think in imax, if picture is not framed like current beauty and the beast, special print mastered for imax, and if u make 70mm etc fit on imax, it will loose reolution, i believe it is same effect watching vhs on small tube vs big projection tv,!! in my humble judgement! i was excited to watch toomb raider on imax, big sceen gives u feeling like walking into the scene, sound effects were excellent, but picture was not that good! i was disappointed! so in future if given a chance i would rather watch on a good regular theatre!:devil: super digitals!! yaar this dvd is a piece of BULL SHIT!BELIEVE ME!DISGUSTING!:vangry:

damn i really wanted to watch this movie! i never got round to watch this movie at the cinema, and thought i could watch it on DVD... wat a bad mistake!!

From what I've seen from screen shots the video is 2.40:1 anamorphic widesreen and very poorly sourced. Hardly anything good can be said about this DVD; very poor sharpness, VHS quality details, compression & motion artefacts galore. Truly a dismal DVD for what is a 2 week old film.
