Oh oh. Now Santa has to decide whether to leave an unofficial DVD or a pre-order receipt for the official version??

Just a quick question...how many of you really like Harry Potter movies? I was dragged to watch HP 2 by my friends when it came out and I slept through the most of the movie. The whole Harry Potter thing is boring and annoying. (I hated Dobby). I wonder why people (esp. adults) are crazy about it.

Kids are people too.

I slept through most of the movie as well. But you can't send your 5-6 year old kids to see the movie by themselves. That's why movies like Pokeman are big hits. Double the audience.

The harry potter movies are thoroughly entertaining and reminds me of my childhood adventures (none of which involved magic but still..) Anyway I think they are very creative and imaginative. Great fantasy, a break from real life.
After seeing the first two movies, I recently actually took the time to read the third book in the series It was also pretty decent and I now look forward to reading the next one which is over 600 pages long. How kids manage to read 600+ is beyond me but I can safely say that they provide an enjoyable experience.
