Shemaroo HDDCS is cropped and non-anamorphic. The DEI-EROS version is anamorphic and uncropped but its aspect ratio is wrong.

It will look better on 4:3 screen.

This 5 min segment might be missing in DVDs ??

This scene was definitely in the film when I saw it in the 60s.

I also remember this scene - it could be from watching the VHS version. It has been a while since I watched the DVD so when I have a chance I'll have a check of it.

--------EDIT!---------

I took the easy option and found a YouTube version of the move. The scene that you posted is in that version and that version is defo from the DVD version (same censor certificate).

I too came to know of the English version on youtube, a few weeks back. I guess, I forgot to post it here or perhaps I did, in some other tread ?? Anyway, in the hustle and bustle of life, did not get a chance to watch it seriously and later, forgot about it. Good, this post reminded me.

Glanced thru the youtube link and basically, it's the same film as in Hindi except for that songs are not included in the English version. One notable difference though is that in English version it's clearly shown Dev-Waheeda sleeping together and an embrace. Around 31-32 min mark (when Marco makes his Caves Discovery; or you can consider that scene right after where the song was: Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tammanna Hai). As far as I recall, in Hindi version, Dev Waheeda living together was depicted but sharing the same bed was not in any scene.
