We've seen mention of excellent screen shots for PEN DVDs Seeta Aur Geeta and Hameshaa.

I had picked up a few DVDs 3-4 weeks back and one of them was PEN DVDs Bhai Bahen.Very good PQ/ encoding. Excellent nostalgic songs, including Saare Jahan Se Achha Hindustan Hamaara.
I've given up on finding a Progressive or Direct Film to NTSC pseudo Prog encoding for a Black & White films, as all have been PAL to NTSC converted Field Averaged. But, this DVD has distinct Film Frames, although not real Progressive or Direct Film To NTSC transfer. It's kind of some EVP Hindi DVDs that were Film to 25 fps to 30 fps (60 NTSC fields) without the Field Averaging. Converting 25 to 30 is achieved by repeating the 5th frame, thus retaining original film frames giving excellent picture. Hopefully, other PEN DVD titles are similar or better.
Bhai Bahen, I think was a 1959 film. Couldn't read year clearly from the CC, it was either 1950 or 1959. As there is a mention of "Naya Paisa" in the dialogs, it must be a 1959 film (Naya Paisa was introduced in 1957; 100 NP to one Rupee vs old 64 Paisa to one Rupee) . Film length on CC issued on Aug 28, 1959 is 13,145 ft which should be 146 min while the DVD is 118 min (123 min). So, some 23 min is cut and is evident at many places. As far as I remember, the film was a big hit in those days but lately has been forgotten. Believe it or not, Hero (not heroine) of the film is Baby Daisy Irani and his elder sister is played by Baby Naaz. Many Nostalgic songs.

From the DVD cover got to the PEN DVD website and it lists/ mentions 40-50 titles only and Bhai Bahen is not in them ?? So, thee must be more PEN titles that they don't show on their website. As we have seen screen shots of their Seeta Aur Geeta and a mention of Hameshaa and Bhai Bahen, it appears their other titles should be excellent PQ as well ?? (Of course, I don't expect them to be better than DEI/ BEI, unless they have Progressive encoding.)
I find these PEN DVDs of interest (good DVDs were not available until now):
